A critical part of this mission is upholding the principles of intellectual property and respecting the creative work of others. We create original content with great care and expect the same level of respect from our users and partners.

This policy outlines our commitment to protecting copyright and provides a clear process for addressing infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Ownership of Content

All content created and published by laporankeuangan.biz.id, including articles, images, graphics, and guides, is the exclusive property of our organization unless otherwise stated. This content is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. DMCA Notification of Claimed Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If you are a copyright owner (or an agent thereof) and believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA.

How to File a DMCA Notice

To be effective, your DMCA notice must be a written communication that includes the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. Please provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page).
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent at:

copyright@laporankeuangan.biz.id

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly provide the person who filed the original notification with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days.

We are dedicated to building a platform for smarter teaching with AI that is built on a foundation of integrity. We take copyright issues seriously and are committed to creating a respectful and lawful online environment for our community of educators.
